Dr. Rebecca Grome is the primary audiologist and owner of Ears4u Hearing Services. She completed her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) at the University of Cincinnati and her undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology at Miami University in Oxford, OH. She is licensed by the state of Tennessee as an Audiologist and is also a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). Prior to working at Ears4u Hearing Services, Dr. Grome was a hearing aid manufacturer regional sales manager, where she found strength in training other audiologists in patient centric approaches to amplification.

Dr. Grome specializes in diagnostic audiologic evaluations and hearing aid services, including selection, fitting, and follow-up care, as well as musician monitors and sound preservation. She thrives on patient success and getting to know them personally. If you or someone you know experiences hearing loss, there are treatment options! When Dr. Grome isn’t caring for her patients she enjoys spending time with family, including her husband, Nick, and son, Perry. She and her family are happy to be back in Nashville and enjoying all the food, walking trails and adventures that Music City has to offer!

She completed her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D) program at the University of Tennessee Knoxville and received her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders from the State University of New York at New Paltz in New York. She is licensed in the state of Tennessee and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Steinberg specializes in hearing evaluations, hearing aid services, and ear wax removal. She enjoys playing violin, skiing, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Steinberg currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee.

Jen has spent the past 16 years as a resident of Nashville working in Insurance Sales, Marketing, and Management.  She started working with Ears 4 U in 2015 as a contracted Insurance and credentialing consultant as well as providing office training on practice software management.  Jen is a native of Western Michigan and enjoys visiting her family, going to the beach where she grew up, and also traveling with her husband to new places and enjoying anything outdoors!
