When we bought our house, I knew I wanted to have all our closets professionally done. I interviewed 5 different companies and settled on The Closet Factory. Prices were close to the same but Shanna really listened to me. Our pantry is small and a challenge. What Shanna designed sold me. I also needed storage for my Christmas and Shanna came through again. Installation was great and Paul was very professional.

The designer Shanna understood exactly what we wanted and met our needs! The installer AJ was amazing! He was very professional and went the extra mile to ensure the closet was perfect! My closet was installed the initial date that was scheduled. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny!! We are highly satisfied and will be using them again for future projects! My wife and I regularly build, buy and flip houses. After 27 houses, we’ve recognized “who can AND who can’t or won’t” perform as a sub-contractor or vendor. With any remodeling or building project, there is always the possibility for collateral damage to walls, floors and doors. Since this was our first experience with Closet Factory, we were waiting to see if the builder recommendation was accurate. Truthfully, they were better than advertised. The project was completed on-time, on-budget and with ZERO collateral damage. In our experiences, that is almost impossible to accomplish! And yet, they did.
